Can Carbonfact customers share or redistribute my data?

No. Third-party data shared on Carbonfact remains the intellectual property of the original data provider. Carbonfact clients may use such data only within the Carbonfact platform and solely for internal purposes, such as footprint calculations, product LCAs, and reports generated through the software.

Carbonfact’s Terms of Service prohibit the extraction, copying, or external distribution of platform content, including partner datasets, without prior written consent from the data owner and/or Carbonfact.

If you are still concerned about this, you can also decide to share your data on a brand-by-brand basis.
